CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking EXPERIENCED Driller's Offsiders to join our team for projects across Western Australia's mining sector.

  • Temp to perm after a 3–6-month probation period.
  • Weekly Pay Cycle.
  • Supportive and Collaborative Team Environment.

Role & Responsibilities:As an EXPERIENCEDDriller's Offsider, you will be a key support to the driller, performing essential tasks to ensure efficient and safe operations in remote mining locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Rod handling and rig maintenance.
  • Assisting with sample collection and bagging.
  • Setting up and dismantling drill rigs and auxiliary equipment.
  • Mobilising and demobilising drill rigs and associated equipment across various sites.
  • Operating vehicles, drilling equipment, and related tools.
  • Performing inspections and maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Participating in all safety, toolbox, and pre-shift meetings.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous off siding experience is essential
  • Immediate Start capability.
  • Willing and able to work in remote locations in a close-knit team.
  • Previous experience in physically demanding roles (capable of lifting up to 40kg).
  • Heavy Rigid Vehicle HR - B Licence
  • Current National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
  • First Aid Certificate

Rosters Available:2:1 3:1, 2:2 or 4:2 Roster available depending on site.
