About the role:

The Modbury Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit delivers high-quality rehabilitation services through a multidisciplinary team committed to person-centred, trauma-informed care. Our collaborative environment focuses on compassionate, solution-focused approaches that promote skill development, social inclusion, and empower consumers to achieve their recovery goals. You'll work closely with Wondakka Community Rehabilitation Centre and The Gully services, contributing to mental health rehabilitation innovation while fostering continuous improvement and co-design practices.

As part of our Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support. Your role will involve assisting consumers with daily living skills, therapeutic activities, and community integration programmes. You'll help create a safe, supportive environment that promotes recovery and builds resilience
