About the Role
Reporting to our CPO, you will lead the enterprise learning and capability agenda, spanning strategy, leadership development, technical (including a heavy emphasis on AI) and professional capability uplift and learning operations. A member of the P&C Leadership Team, the role is accountable for ensuring that our people are enabled to build and refine the skills, mindsets, and experiences needed to deliver the business strategy. The role is both strategic (setting direction, standards, and governance) and hands‑on (shaping programs, enabling measurement, and ensuring adoption), leading a small team of 2-3 direct reports
About You
Proven senior leadership experience in Learning & Development or Capability roles, ideally at Head-of level,
Demonstrated ability to set strategy and lead enterprise-scale learning and capability programs,
Deep expertise in: Leadership development, Capability frameworks and taxonomies,
Modern learning design (e.g., blended, digital, social, on-the-job)
Strong experience managingLearning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP),
Skilled in using data and metrics to inform decisions and influence senior stakeholders,
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with Leadership Teams (LT) and Executive Leadership Teams (ELT),
Proven vendor management and budget stewardship experience,
Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments; able to simplify and scale effective solutions.
