Your New Role
On a 12- month contract, reporting to the Principal – Member Portfolio Management, the Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic delivery of initiatives across key member offer areas. This role requires close collaboration with business owners, delivery leads, and initiative owners to ensure that programs are governed effectively and delivered with precision.
Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:
Providing program management oversight across identified member domain initiatives.
Ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
Facilitating governance processes and reporting mechanisms.
Supporting initiative owners in navigating delivery challenges and dependencies.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in program or portfolio management within a complex, cross-functional environment
Proven experience applying project tools and methodologies to plan and execute key initiatives to achieve required business outcomes
Capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritise, lead, facilitate, motivate, and drive team members to deliver and achieve common goals
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently with competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in governance, risk management, and delivery assurance
Familiarity with agile delivery models and enterprise planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
