Beam Health is expanding our Behaviour Support services and we're looking for a passionate and dedicated NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.

Location: Warners Bay and/or Cessnock, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Work Options: Hybrid

Salary: $80k - $110k salary range + Super + PD allowance + PD time

The Role

  • Deliver behaviour support services to individuals under the NDIS.

  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to support clients with diverse needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including families, support coordinators, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Access supervision and professional development tailored to your experience level.

What You'll Bring

  • A relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences).

  • Some experience in behaviour support practice, including developing BSPs.

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Access to your own vehicle and a current driver's licence.
  • NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to neuro-affirming practice.
