As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Associate Director, Delivery, and the broader Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team. You will provide comprehensive oversight of end-to-end service delivery across all DTS and capability domains, ensuring high-level execution of financial management, performance tracking, strategic reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

In this role you will: 

  • Monitor and report on budgets across Delivery. Track financial performance, support planning, and deliver executive-level insights. 
  • Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making. 
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure delivery alignment and source accurate information to support reporting. 
  • Support adherence to delivery governance and process improvements across the Delivery Practice.  

This continuing position is full time and will be located onsite at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).  

How will you inspire us? 

You will have: 

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing meaningful reports that support high-level decision-making. 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information. 
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. 
  • Experience supporting IT Program, Project and Service Delivery in a complex environment. 
  • Experience working with TechOne and Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, PPM, Jira and Confluence is highly regarded.
