Production facility supervisor wanted for start-up fertiliser manufacturing facility

Description

Mad Molecules is a growing business in the sustainable agriculture sector and requires a production facility supervisor for their start-up manufacturing facility.  The ideal candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of their facility.

Responsibilities include

  • Hands on production (training provided on-site)

  • Warehousing duties (forklift license required)

  • Receiving orders and preparing orders for dispatch

  • Perform inventory controls

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Moderate mechanical skills for onsite maintenance

  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

  • We may also assign you other responsibilities, where reasonable for your position, training and experience

  • This is a permanent position of 38 hours per week

  • Some flexibility with hours to suit personal circumstances can be discussed for the right candidate
