You'll join our Brisbane-based Advisory team as a Senior Consultant, working collaboratively to solve sustainability challenges through decision science, risk management frameworks, and climate adaptation strategies. This is consulting with purpose—backed by domain expertise and delivered through strategic advisory and data-driven insights.

A typical day on the job may include:

• Shape investment decisions that protect the Great Barrier Reef from climate change
• Market research, analysis and modelling to help enable better client outcomes
• Develop ESG strategies for leading mining companies and essential service providers
• Facilitate strategic risk workshops using proven frameworks that enable success
• Create decision-support applications that enable better asset investment choices
• Quantify social impact value for renewable energy companies
• Partner with marine science agencies to assess Australia's natural capital

You share a genuine passion for solving complex problems and pursue continuous learning to help shape a more sustainable future. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive national team that puts clients and their people at the center of everything we do.

• 4+ years sustainability or climate change consulting experience
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, commerce, science, economics or mathematics
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in data interpretation, modelling, and research
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to synthesise complex qualitative and quantitative information
• Passion for ESG, sustainability, social impact, or risk analysis, preferably in asset-intensive industries
• Client-focused approach with a drive for problem-solving that accelerates outcomes
• Ability to align strategy, risk, and investment decision-making with ESG objectives

• Experience in climate risk assessments, decarbonisation planning, or sustainability strategy
• Background in asset-intensive industries or natural resource management
• Proficiency with data analysis and decision-support tools
• Knowledge of environmental and social risk frameworks
• Sustainability reporting and non-financial reporting standards experience
• Project management capabilities for end-to-end consulting delivery
• Strong relationship-building skills and client credibility
• Ability to work effectively across national time zones
