Perth, Western Australia Prime Projects Construction Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

The Prime Group is a diverse group of property and construction companies that specialises in developing, building, selling, marketing, and managing of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

We are looking for someone who will be a diligent and dedicated professional driven to improve processes and ensure compliance. The person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the entities within The Prime Group.

Key responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile bank accounts and financial records
  • Process month-end closing journal entries
  • Prepare Business Activity Statements
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
  • Support audits and work with external auditors
  • Provide administrative assistance when required

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • One plus years accounting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Be hands on
  • Knowledge including experience in financial programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Reckon Accounts, Oracle, Database CRE and Internet Applications advantageous or similar
