Commex Communications is a proudly family-owned and operated company with over 30 years of industry experience. We provide communications equipment and services to businesses and individuals across Queensland.

We're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our friendly team and learn the ropes of the communications industry.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our experienced staff to support and grow sales across our core service areas.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Preparing quotes and invoices
  • Learning product features and recommending solutions
  • Following up leads and building relationships with new and returning customers
  • Supporting admin tasks and showroom displays when needed

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is:

  • Confident speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Friendly, reliable and willing to learn
  • Interested in sales, customer service or radio communication equipment
  • Comfortable using a computer (Outlook, Excel, CRM or POS systems)
  • Well-presented with a professional attitude
  • Holds a valid driver's licence

No industry experience is required — just the right attitude and willingness to grow.
