Full-Time | Mon to Fri

Join a dynamic and growing team where your attention to detail and supplier coordination skills will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. We are currently seeking an Inventory & Supplier Administrator to support our equipment, parts, and supplier management functions, working closely with the accounts and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order, raise, follow up, and manage purchase orders/parts and supplier pricing
  • Process supplier invoices and assist in resolving invoice disputes
  • Maintain and process documentation and audits of equipment and stocktake
  • Manage relationships and contracts with suppliers
  • Ensure all records for equipment and attachments are kept up to date
  • Follow up on supplier bill approvals and ensure efficient processing to maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Assist accounts payable for supplier payruns
  • Check and address supplier statements
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in an administrative, procurement, or inventory-related role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with suppliers and processing invoices
  • Familiarity with equipment or asset management (advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory management systems
  • A proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
