We are looking for a casual medical receptionist to join our fantastic team.

Our general practice is committed to combining first class medical care and teaching with support staff who are efficient, professional, caring and dedicated to patient well being and confidentiality.

The clinics hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 7:00pm and Saturdays 9am - 2pm. We have two locations, Maroubra and North Bondi, so the successful candidate must be willing to travel to both sites.

We are looking for someone who is able to commence as soon as possible. Hours will vary week to week depending on the demand of the practice so flexibility is really important for our team.

We are looking for someone who:

*  is mature, courteous and professional

*  has excellent communication skills

*  is able to work with initiative in a team context

*  has good computer skills and experience with Best Practice Software

*  has the ability to multi task and time manage

*  has an excellent telephone manner

*  has a high standard of presentation
