What will your typical week look like?

  • Depending on your level of experience, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives.

  • Support the production of advice documentation and participate in client meetings.

  • Provide strategic financial planning and investment advice.

  • Proactively communicate with clients and seek opportunities to broaden their scope of services with Findex.

  • Service, retain, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Support team members in achieving growth objectives and contribute to business development across the region.

Let's talk about you

  • We are seeking both Associates and Advisers , so whether you're starting your journey or looking to advance, you'll bring:

  • A passion for building a career as a Financial Adviser.

  • A FASEA approved degree (mandatory for both roles).

  • For Adviser positions: prior experience in delivering comprehensive financial advice, completion of the FASEA exam (or on track to finishing), and registration as an Adviser (or eligible to be).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

A proactive, positive, and results-oriented approach.
