Fresh Sensations is a family owned gourmet grocery store. We have multiple stores located in Westfield Carindale and Westfield Chermside. Opportunities now available within the fresh produce department at Fresh Sensations Carindale. We are currently hiring casual and full time Delicatessen Assistants.

Delicatessen Assistants

  • Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions attentively, making recommendations and responding to requests
  • Slicing, weighing, packaging and pricing produce with correct PLU's
  • Complete deli opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure that work areas are ready by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment and floors, and rubbish removal.
  • Stock rotation
  • Ensure produce and store presentation is of a high standard

All applicants must

  • Be able to communicate with customers and other staff members
  • Have attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Be well presented.
  • Be available to work on weekends

Experience is preferred but not essential, as we will train the right candidate.
