• Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10 with base salary ranging from $129,464 to $142,665 per annum, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

There are exciting opportunities within Strategy, Planning & Delivery. We align our operating model and IT portfolio of work with key government policies and priorities to ensure we do the right work at the right time. We deliver large and complex programs together with driving commercial negotiations to deliver superior value the department.

About the role:

• Developing actionable strategies and plans, including the department-wide Digital Strategy
• Working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders, including Principals, Teachers and Support Staff, to inform the department-wide digital direction
• Researching emerging technology trends and best practice
• Identifying opportunities to enhance IT service delivery and digital transformation

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate complex, technical information to a non-technical audience

• Strong PowerPoint skills, including preparing high-quality slide decks for a wide variety of stakeholders
• Excellent research skills, including the ability to interpret and present data
• Problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in digital and technology fields is desirable, but not essential

Essential requirements of the role

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as education, business, ICT discipline, management, and/or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
