Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site labour, equipment, and modular unit deliveries to remote locations.
  • Conduct soil testing to assess ground stability and load-bearing capacity.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and assist in budget management.
  • Monitor design changes and negotiate variations with stakeholders.
  • Analyse and ensure structural integrity of prefabricated and on-site builds.
  • Design safe and stable structures resistant to movement and vibration.
  • Assess future infrastructure needs based on population growth and usage trends.
  • Design efficient transport and logistics systems supporting remote construction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in construction, preferably modular or remote projects.
  • Strong skills in technical drawings, cost estimation, and project coordination.
