Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer/Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and installing custom cabinets for various industries. The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinets that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and 3D drawings
  • Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
  • Install cabinets on-site and ensure they are level and secure
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise

Qualifications:

  • High school completion or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet making or a related field
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of different types of wood and their properties
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively report to management

Salary is dependent on skill level. Only applicants who meet the above criteria will be contacted.

Preference will be given to local applicants, or those able to work in Northam every day.
