The Venue

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced gaming attendant to join our organisation. Our venue is diverse, multi-faceted including bistro, sports bar and multiple function spaces. Our venue has been in operation for over 60 years, longevity and commitment to our employees, customers and community is at the forefront of our core values.

The Role

The gaming attendant will be responsible for the prompt and friendly gaming machine service to our valued members. You will be required to ensure the gaming floor is well maintained and accurate cash transactions for payouts.

The successful applicants will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, and punctual, strive for delivering flawless customer service and possess a professional attitude. Previous experience and availability to work night shifts is essential for this opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

· Monitor gaming activities to guarantee fair play and compliance with both RSG and RSA regulations

· Process payments, manage cash registers and maintain precise records of transactions

· Deliver friendly, efficient and professional service to our valued members

· Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure exceptional customer service.

· Ability to work independently and manage the floor.

· Conduct promotions as required.

· Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Essentials for the role:

· Hold a current RSG and RSA licence.

· Communication skills both verbal and written.

· Attention to detail with payouts, float balancing and cashiering duties.

· Values teamwork and willingness to continuously learn.

· Night shift availability critical for this role

All roles are currently on a casual basis; however, part time and full-time opportunities are also available.
