We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our small, close-knit team based in Slacks Creek. This role is integral to the smooth day-to-day operation of our order processing, customer support and despatch functions, ensuring our high standards of service are consistently maintained and improved.

You'll be a key contact for customers, assisting with orders, answering product questions and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service.

Working in a small team means your contribution truly matters. You'll liaise closely with colleagues across the business to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:


• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally


• Processing phone, email and fax orders accurately


• Managing customer correspondence and maintaining satisfaction levels


• Handling returns, warranties, credits and servicing requests


• Maintaining accurate records, manuals, filing and stock levels


• Assisting with invoicing, despatch documentation and courier bookings


• Completing final despatch checks, including inspections and paperwork


• Supporting general office administration and stationery requirements

This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility and the ability to perform all Customer Service team functions as required.
