Pennine Community Supports is a family-run service dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care within the community. We empower individuals to live independently in their homes and remain active members of their communities.

Our clients are located across Sydney, including the Inner West, Bankstown, Riverwood, Canterbury, and Panania. We support a wide range of activities that promote independence, wellbeing, and social connection.

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you'll be more than just a helping hand — you'll be a key part of someone's journey to living their best life. You'll support clients with daily living tasks, community access, and meaningful engagement, contributing to their physical and mental wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced support workers who are:

  • Compassionate, caring, and motivated
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to think on their feet
  • Skilled in working one-on-one with clients in community settings
  • Confident in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
  • Unrestricted NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Availability for at least 3 days per week, with potential to increase hours
  • Commitment to working with one employer for consistency and continuity
