We are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our new state of the art facility in Melville.

You'll be responsible the daily running of our workshop. This will include:

  • Assigning work to Technicians
  • Organising new and used car builds / repairs
  • Scheduling any sublet repairs as necessary
  • Running our team of Car Cleaners
  • Being the main contact between the workshop and frontline staff
You will also need to demonstrate
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • A commitment to maximising workshop profitability
  • Clear English communication skills
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to drive manual vehicles
  • Self motivated
