**Melville Volkswagen** has an exciting opportunity for a **Workshop Foreman**to complete the team You will be part of leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment and part of coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices. The role will involve working alongside management to ensure KPI’s and target are met, while ensuring quality control and compliance.

**YOU**:

- Strong Organisation Skills
- Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team.
- Good OHS understanding
- Highly Motivated
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A Current WA Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
- Mechanical Background

**Workshop leadership experience preferred but not essential**
