Your New Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Experienced LAME/Senior Base Engineer, to join our expanding Engineering team in Broome. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance your responsibilities will include;

• Lead the Broome/IOT engineering Team, plan, distribute and oversee scheduled maintenance ensuring team compliance in line with MOE/Part 145 MOS.
• Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position.
• Perform the duties of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer when required.
• Ensure all aircraft maintenance, documentation and certification is carried out and completed in line with the MOE, procedures manuals and responsible CAMO requirements.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and support apprentices when required.

What You'll Bring to Make An Impact

• Experienced LAME B1/B2 or dual licensed.
• Heavy and Line maintenance Experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team.
• DHC8 Classic Type Rating offered if not currently rated.
