Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Parts Manager located in Emerald, QLD. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing inventory control, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling service parts, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing inventory management, maintaining records of parts, and assisting customers with their service parts needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
- Skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge and handling of Service Parts
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a parts management role is a plus
