Staffco is seeking reliable and motivated Electrical Accessory Fitters and Assembly Line Workersto join a well-established, family-oriented team in Capalaba. This is a casual position offering full-time hours, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Electrical Accessory Fitter Role Includes:

  • Installation of accessories for private and commercial vehicles
  • Good understanding of safety standards and electrical codes
  • The ability to read and interpret plans, technical diagrams and wiring diagrams
  • Use of Hand and Power Tools
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship

The Assembly Line Role Includes:

  • Assembly of Aluminium trays
  • Fit-out of fabricated components
  • Hands-on workshop-based work
  • Use of basic hand power tools
  • Manual handling
  • Maintaining quality control standards throughout production

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in labouring or manufacturing roles
  • Physically fit - need to be able to bend and squat and get underneath vehicles for installations.
  • Experience in automotive - know your way around a car, sheet metal experience, mechanically inclined, power tools experienced
  • Forklift licence highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Must have unrestricted full-time work rights in Australia
