Electrical Fitter

Dussen Pty Ltd is a small family business that services the Food Processing Industry.

We are looking for a dynamic Mechanical Fitter with a restricted Electrical License or an Electrical Fitter to join our team.

The ideal candidates' duties will be to install, repair and maintain our Customers Equipment.

We are after someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and are able to work as a team player and autonomously. Experience in fault finding, break downs and preventative maintenance skills. Electrical Fitter will be required to do Mechanical work and the Mechanical person will be required to do Electrical work so they must have a full restricted Electrical License.

This person must also be safety conscious and follow WHS protocols.

We are offering a full-time position after a trial period, attractive salary with mobile phone, ppe, uniforms. Monday to Friday.

  • Must have an Electrical License or a Full Restricted Electrical License
  • Forklift Ticket would be ideal.
  • Good work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Car license – manual
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Ability to gain or have a police check
  • Good Mechanical and Electrical fault-finding skills is a must.
  • Previous experience in a Service Technician role will be advantageous.
