What's on Offer

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 base + commissions*

On-target earnings: $90,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm + Saturdays for opens/auctions (some after-hours – it's real estate, after all)


What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with a high-achieving agent across all campaigns
  • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and support on auction days
  • Manage buyer follow-ups and build lasting client relationships
  • Prepare marketing materials, appraisals, and vendor reports
  • Coordinate photographers, floorplans, and advertising schedules
  • Assist with prospecting, database management, and lead generation
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and trades to ensure seamless sales
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and community events

Who You Are

  • Hold an Agent's Representative Certificate & Driver's Licence
  • Bring at least 6+ months of real estate experience
  • Confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills
  • Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven to learn, grow, and succeed alongside the best in the business
