- Contribute to new business development by assisting with research and proposal development for corporate clients.
- Contribute to social media content plans for executive profiling and corporate announcements.
- Monitor online conversations and identify opportunities or risks for client reputation management.
- Support and lead a team of junior media consultants with media outreach and execution of client media strategies.
What You'll Bring
- You have experience working with large global and local brands in corporate, technology, or related industries.
- You possess great communication and presentation skills.
- You have strong media relationships and the ability to pitch and land great editorial.
- You have 2-3 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment or corporate communications focused on in-house roles.
- You have proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively, adapting tone and style for various corporate audiences and channels.
- You possess a strong understanding of the Australian media landscape, with existing media contacts in business, finance, or mainstream news desks being highly advantageous.
- You can understand client business objectives, corporate reputation goals, and contribute to communication strategies that deliver measurable impact. You are meticulous in all aspects of work, from proofreading content to managing deadlines.
- You are a self-starter who takes initiative, problem-solves, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You are collaborative, supportive, and able to work effectively within a dynamic team structure.
