Your Next Role

Reporting to the Site Leader, the Compliance and Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist will lead and support quality systems, training, and operational processes to ensure compliance, enhance capability, and drive a culture of excellence. You'll champion safe work practices, develop team competency, monitor quality, and deliver process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Support site leaders, operations, and technical teams to embed change, ensuring improvements are understood, adopted, and sustained.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of training and assessment tools, making sure onboarding, upskilling, and re-certification are clear, practical, and meet site needs.
  • Oversee quality systems, monitor compliance, and report outcomes.
  • Drive improvement projects and standardise processes across the business.
  • Track and analyse training, quality, and CI data to guide decisions.

About you

  • Demonstrated Technical/Quality experience (with a minimum of 2-5 years experience)
  • Experience leading and influencing teams to deliver operational objectives and business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of site operations and manufacturing processes, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret data, with solid mathematical skills (fractions, ratios, proportions).
  • Exposure to Statistical Process Control and change management practices.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain.
  • Tertiary qualifications in management or operations (desirable).
