Eagleby Kids Early Learning Centre is a beautiful homely centre, which caters for 95 children a day aged between six weeks and six years.  We believe establishing strong connections with children and families provides the foundation for creating a caring, safe environment for our children, and it's in these environments that children can reach their full potential.

We are currently seeking passionate Educators to join our established team of dedicated professionals. Our team have ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor), Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader.

The successful applicants for these roles will:

Essential Criteria:

  • Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
  • Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
  • Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Hold a Certificate III OR Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards**)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Show an understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework)
  • Take pride in the presentation of the centre
