Sales Manager Security Fogging

We, Fog Bandit ANZ by Penta Services Australia Pty Ltd, are looking for a seasoned, well-experienced Sales Manager most preferably with Fog Bandit security fogging solution experience, to engage in business development aimed at product-led growth for revenue generation. Having marketing expertise in security fogging systems will be an additional benefit, along with experience in access control, entrance control and security and protection products will be a positive advantage. This role is Full-Time with Competitive Salary, Commission and Benefits. This job also requires experience leading a sales team and regular travelling across Australia, thus expecting a proactive and efficient person to adapt accordingly.

Fog Bandit ANZ was established in February 2017 by Penta Services Australia Pty Ltd with the vision to provide world-renowned Active Security Equipment (security fogging systems) and electronic security solutions to safeguard clients' property against unauthorised break-ins by intruders without causing any hazard, harm or damage to the assets, property and people. We are the sole distributor of BANDIT n.v Belgium, and are engaged in sales and after-sales support of the Bandit Security Fogging Systems to the Australian and New Zealand markets and other electronic security solutions.

Skills and Experience

MBA in Sales & Marketing or a similar discipline

Sales experience in Active Security Solutions, especially in Bandit Security Fogging (highly preferable).

Ability to commute locally and travel continent-wide, even on short notice.

Able to relocate to meet the company's business requirements.

Australian Police Clearance.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you shall generate new leads by tapping into the assigned market territories for the range of Bandit & other electronic security products to potential clients. Our target market is a niche clientele from a mix of markets such as small and medium enterprises, corporate, public & private sectors, local authorities, establishments, factories, utility providers, supermarket chains, tobacconists' companies, jewellers, builders, healthcare and so and so forth. Your day-to-day task is likely to develop markets and include, but are not limited to:

• Local commute and travelling Australia-wide to visit untapped markets and potential clients.
• Lead generation to identify new potential customers and build a pipeline.
• Presales activities such as lead qualification, persuading clients via product demonstration, consultation and qualifying FOG BANDIT as the best-fit solution to meet their needs and satisfy their security concerns.
• Preparing sales presentations and demonstrating the strengths of the product to meet client needs with a consultative approach.
• Client quotation preparation, cost and sales analysis, engaging with prospects to negotiate terms, finalise contracts and secure the sale.
• Post-sales activities, such as onboarding, training, and after-sales support, ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase.
• Ongoing customer relationship management and up-selling or cross-selling efforts to nurture the relationship and potentially generate repeat business.
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with the existing client base.
• Administering client accounts and providing key accounts management services
• Keeping a check and reporting accordingly to the head office on business competitors and devising and advising strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Marketing and branding campaigns through participation in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Liaising directly with company leadership as well as with security integrators and technical experts.
