What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to our Sales teams and performing branch administration duties including:

Accounts payable, expenses, banking, Fertilser Processing, receiptingAccounts receivable, debtor managementCounter sales delivered with exceptional customer serviceMaintenance of office suppliesMaintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunitiesMaintaining safety processes within the branch  What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an office Administration support role, in a busy environment and ideally have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

Excellent computer skills including SAP, Outlook, Word & Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quicklyA proactive approach to work and practical organisation skillsExcellent attention to detailEffective written and verbal communications skillsProblem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptlyAbility to identify ways to improve internal processesEffective time management
