Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead high-quality commercial fitout projects from start to finish? We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join a dynamic team delivering exceptional interior solutions for a variety of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and lead subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and company procedures on all sites.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing commercial fitout or interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and OH&S compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
