Full Job Description

We are partnering with a leading engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager / Civil Engineer to deliver civil infrastructure and land development projects across South East Queensland. Based in Brisbane or the surrounding region, you will work on various projects from concept through to construction, managing design and delivery activities while engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet standards and specifications. You will have opportunities to further develop your technical and leadership skills in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. This client supports flexible working arrangements and ongoing professional development as part of its inclusive and supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage design and construction activities across multiple land development and infrastructure projects


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure timely and effective project delivery


• Prepare and review civil engineering documentation, reports, and cost estimates


• Provide technical guidance and quality assurance throughout design and construction phases


• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards

About you


• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with proven project management experience


• Strong understanding of design principles, civil standards, and documentation requirements


• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams


• Committed to continuous learning and delivering quality outcomes
