Job Description
If you're nearing completion of a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification that qualifies you for registration and practice as an Exercise Physiologist, register your interest and stay connected for future regional opportunities.

What You Can Expect
Our graduate program starts with a supportive and extensive six-month orientation that includes:
- an intensive initial orientation, blending collective learning with all our new graduates and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peers
- weekly clinical supervision with further informal supports
- regular coaching from your team leader to adjust to the challenges of work, and
- a diverse clientele with a chance to deliver services to children, young people and adults living with disability, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You'll receive an attractive salary and benefits in line with Novita's enterprise agreement. Additionally, you can salary package living expenses up to $15,900 per year, increasing your take-home pay. Further salary-packaging benefits are available, including meal and entertainment expenses, novated vehicle leasing and additional superannuation contributions.

- registration (or impending registration) with the professional body relevant to your discipline
- an innovative, resourceful and creative therapy approach that reflects a competent level of professional knowledge and skill
- ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team, seeking guidance from senior clinicians or management as appropriate
- demonstrated exemplary customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, colleagues and leaders.
We're serious about safeguarding our clients. If you don't have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we'll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for work-related travel is desirable.
