We're looking for an exceptional, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our busy real estate team across Sydney's North Shore, City, and Eastern Suburbs. Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional, creative and driven team player to join our Marketing Department, who is agile and works well in a fast-paced environment. You will play an integral part in growing our business, and be responsible for managing end-to-end property marketing campaigns, assisting with preparation of marketing collateral for properties, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and provide administrative support to our Sales and Property Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management

Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for property listings, from planning and coordination through to execution

Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and align with the company's brand standards

Assist with preparation of marketing collateral including brochures, signboards, and online advertisements

Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

2. Sales Administration

Provide administrative support by processing sales contracts and related documentation accurately

Maintain and update company databases to ensure all client and property records are current and accurate Assist the Sales and Property Management teams with general administrative duties to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations

3. Brand Consistency

Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand identity and adhere to brand standards and marketing guidelines

Monitor the use of brand assets across different platforms to maintain a cohesive and professional brand image

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • Prior experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or real estate marketing is preferred

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft OƯ ice, CRM tools, and marketing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and EDM platforms

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Strong work ethic, collaborative mindset and "Can –do" attitude

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role

Salary Package:

$60,000 - $ 80,000 Annual Salary Package Inclusive Superannuation

Plus Extra Commission
