Chandler Macleod is working with a dynamic local council in Sydney looking for a passionate Health and Wellbeing Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact by promoting mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing across the organisation.
About the Role
You'll be driving the rollout of the Council's Mentally Healthy Workplace Strategy and leading a range of health and wellbeing programs. It's a hands-on, strategic role where you'll collaborate with People & Culture, Safety, and Workers Compensation teams to build a strong, supportive work environment.
- Coordinate and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives
- Provide advice on psychological safety and mental health at work
- Run wellbeing workshops, training, and employee programs
- Monitor wellbeing data and report on progress
- Maintain resources, policies, and the psychosocial risk dashboard
- Keep up with industry trends and recommend new ideas
You will have:
- 4 years experience in wellbeing, psychological safety, or injury management
- A degree in Psychology or a related field
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Confident analysing data and presenting insights
- Great communicator, both written and verbal
Desirable:
- Experience in local or state government
