About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Kho & Lee Property Group as a Sales Associate/Agent. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for listing and selling properties in the prime markets of Inner City and the North Shore. As part of the market-leader, Kho & Lee Property Group, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals and build a rewarding career in residential real estate sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with prospective buyers to understand their property requirements and preferences

  • Conducting property viewings and open house inspections

  • Preparing and presenting compelling property marketing materials

  • Negotiating sales contracts and transactions

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process

  • Maintaining detailed records and accurately reporting on sales activities

  • Prospecting for new business

  • Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team targets

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in residential real estate sales or leasing

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A driven and self-motivated approach, with a passion for the real estate industry

  • Knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends

  • A valid real estate certificate

  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and car
