The Company

Our client is a well-established leader within their sector, supplying a range of markets. With operations continuing to expand across Victoria, they are now seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and drive efficiency, safety and service through a busy site in Melbourne's West

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume DC environment and wants to play an active leadership role in a business with strong operational standards and a supportive culture.

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure work is completed safely and on time
  • Support and guide the team across receiving, storage, picking and dispatch activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through routine checks and system updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep product moving smoothly
  • Contribute to process improvements, training and overall warehouse efficiency

Your Background

To be successful, you will bring:

  • 3–5+ years experience in warehouse supervision within FMCG, manufacturing, food, retail, or high-volume 3PL
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, batch/lot management and product handling
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Sound knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and scanning technology
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • A 'safety-first' leadership mindset and the ability to maintain compliance in a regulated environment
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, standardise processes and enhance team capability
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
