Retail Assistant - Jenjo Games Pty Ltd

Currently looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time employee to join Jenjo Games.

We are an exciting business selling Lawn Games, Play Equipment & Wooden Toys all over Australia & NZ:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Face to face and digital customer service
  • Online Data Entry
  • Online/Phone orders & fulfilment
  • Invoicing Management
  • Social Media Management
  • Delivery of stock to customers
  • Merchandising Inventory
  • Hire Games Management
  • Pick Packing (May require some heavy lifting)

With our retail outlet in Laverton North, and well established online platform, Jenjo Games has expanded our product lines to over 200+ different indoor and outdoor games, and delivers Australia wide.

To assist with our continued expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join the team, and assist in delivering an exceptional and enjoyable experience to our retail customers from our Laverton North & Chadstone stores.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
  • Location: 1/103 Fitzgerald Rd, Laverton North, Vic, 3026
  • Start Date: November 2025

Ideally, the preferred candidate will have previous customer experience in a retail store, coupled with:

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of social media applications and Apple Mac applications
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Be well presented, punctual and reliable
  • Must hold Australian drivers license
  • Must be an Australian resident
