Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
Java Technical Lead
with strong expertise in designing and developing
RESTful APIs
and
Microservices-based architectures
. The ideal candidate will lead a development team, drive solution design, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of
    Java-based applications
    and
    microservices
    .
  • Architect and implement
    RESTful APIs
    and integration components for enterprise systems.
  • Provide
    technical leadership
    and mentorship to the development team.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and DevOps teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    , enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to software development standards.
  • Work with
    CI/CD pipelines
    , automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Participate in
    agile ceremonies
    and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong programming skills in
    Java 8+ / Java 11+
  • Expertise in
    Spring Boot
    ,
    Spring Cloud
    , and
    Microservices architecture
  • Experience with
    RESTful API design and development
  • Proficiency in
    API Gateway
    ,
    OAuth2/JWT
    , and
    security best practices
  • Knowledge of
    SQL/NoSQL databases
    (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Familiarity with
    Docker
    ,
    Kubernetes
    , and
    containerized deployments
  • Experience with
    CI/CD tools
    (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Understanding of
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
  • Experience in
    unit testing frameworks
    (JUnit, Mockito) and
    logging frameworks
    (SLF4J, Logback)
