Are you highly organised, people-focused and passionate about making a real difference in your community? Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) is seeking a Logistics Officer to join our Living Well team.
About the role
As a Logistics Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting older people and those living with disability to remain independent, safe and connected to their community. You will:
Coordinate rosters for care workers using TurnPoint software
Schedule transport services through TRIPS
Provide high-level customer service and administrative support
Assist payroll processes and maintain accurate records
Ensure safe, person-centred service delivery across CHSP, HCP, NDIS and community transport programs
This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, problem-solving and excellent communication skills are key.
This is a full time permanent position working 38 hours per week based in Bruce (ACT) office.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
Caring, respectful and values-driven
Experienced in rostering, scheduling or administration (health, aged care or community sector experience desirable)
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use multiple systems
Organised, adaptable and able to work in a team environment
Knowledgeable of ACT suburbs and services (an advantage)
Desirable: Mental Health First Aid, understanding of dementia, ability to speak another language.
