HR Truck Driver – Linehaul (Toowoomba Based)

Route: Toowoomba – Stapylton – Toowoomba

Shift: Afternoon shift approx. 12pm – 9pm

Position: Casual

Pay Rate: $38.53 per hour + Penalties (Penalties will change to be reflective of the Award rate for an HR Truck Driver) + superannuation

Boss Global Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced HR Truck Driver to join our Toowoomba depot. This role offers consistent linehaul work, great team support, and an immediate start.

What the role involves:

  • Afternoon linehaul run Toowoomba – Stapylton – Toowoomba.
  • Fork on / fork off palletised general freight.
  • Operating forklifts for loading/unloading as required.
  • Ensuring freight is handled and transported safely and on time.
  • Representing Boss Global Logistics with professionalism and excellent customer service.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience with an open HR licence (or higher).
  • Proven linehaul or similar driving experience.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Steel-capped boots and hi-vis (vest supplied).
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Clear criminal and traffic history. References required.
  • Traffic History Report required (less than 30 days)
  • Clean Drug and Alcohol Test Results (within 30 days – can be done in office)
