What you'll be doing:
  • Implementing integrated learning and development packages for our Ramp teams that accurately reflect the needs of the business
  • Assisting in the design of courseware including the definition of training objectives, delivery method (e.g. facilitation and computer-based), activities, content, media selection, and assessment instruments
  • Reviewing course feedback forms, safety investigations, safety data trends, and audit findings to make improvements or updates to courseware
  • Network and maintain relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the frontline
  • Support with delivering classroom and practical training for the Ramp team - Induction, Recurrent and Up-skilling training
  • Maintain operational knowledge of the Ramp role, airline regulations, and skills
What you need to be successful:
  • Bachelor Degree, Diploma, Cert IV qualification in teaching, adult learning, training & assessment or equivalent or experience in a similar role
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience in course material design in Airline Ground Operations or an operational role
  • Ramp team member experience
  • Previous experience in training - classroom, practical, on the job
  • Strong understanding of appropriate CASA regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to engage and deliver content, and engage stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate and build long-term stakeholder relationships
