YOUR ROLE

As the Site Manager at our Berrinba (McPhee Drive) QLD facility, you'll lead a multi-customer distribution centre within CEVA's Contract Logistics business. The site supports high-value, fast-moving operations, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong compliance disciplines and a relentless focus on product care and service standards.

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you'll take full accountability for site performance, people leadership, safety, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

Oversee all aspects of site performance to achieve safety, service, cost, and productivity targetsDevelop and manage site budgets, forecasts and KPIs to deliver sustainable financial outcomesLead, coach and develop a high-performing operations team across warehousing, packaging and transport activitiesImplement and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure operational and safety complianceFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability across all site operationsEngage regularly with customers and stakeholders to ensure service delivery and operational excellenceChampion CEVA's commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement in everything you do.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You're an experienced logistics leader who brings commercial acumen, operational discipline and the ability to inspire teams to perform at their best.

You'll also have:

Comprehensive knowledge of complex warehouse operations (preferably 3PL)Proven experience managing a large logistics and/or distribution siteStrong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, empower and build cohesive teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA strong commitment to safety, quality, and process excellenceTertiary qualification in logistics and supply chain, business / commerce or related field (preferred).

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
