We're on the hunt for a Product Designer who blends creativity with construction know-how. Someone who can look at a plan, spot the flaws and elevate it, without blowing the budget.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and refining terrace homes, duplexes, townhouses and single dwellings
  • Reviewing and adapting plans and facades for buildability, compliance and cost-efficiency
  • Spotting issues fast and improving designs without compromising quality
  • Optioning plans for investors and home buyers
  • Collaborating with drafting, estimating, and construction teams
  • Working at pace and cranking out quality designs daily

What You Bring

  • A sharp design eye and a genuine love for great residential design
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in project or volume building
  • A relevant qualification in Building Design or Architectural Drafting
  • Strong Revit skills with a love for clean, buildable plans
  • Strong grasp of building codes, planning rules and compliance standards
  • Self-driven, adaptable and up for a bit of banter
