Synergie Australia is seeking a Excavator Mechanic for a leading provider of mining equipment rental, maintenance, and rebuild services.

You'll be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of large excavators, including:

Liebherr, CAT, Hitachi & Komatsu machinesFleet includes units up to 800T (minimum 600T)Carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnosisProvide support to the rental fleet as neededMaintain a strong commitment to safety, adhering to all HSE procedures and protocolsEnsure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks, contributing to reliable and cost-effective equipment performanceWork closely with clients and internal teams to align with broader business objectives and deliver service excellencePay Structure:
Up to $85/hr for highly experienced mechs with 10+ yearsTiered pay structure for candidates with less experience – all levels encouraged to applyAbout You:
Relevant trade qualification & mining experienceCurrent NPCProven experience on Diggers (600T+)Strong diagnostics and fault-finding capabilitiesAbility to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing teamCommitment to safety and site protocols
