Senior Business Analyst – Coupa / Risk Assessment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Coupa and Risk Assessment within the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will possess both business and technical acumen to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders, lead analysis initiatives, and support integration projects involving procurement and risk management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Coupa and risk assessment processes.
  • Perform end-to-end business analysis including process mapping, impact assessment, and requirements validation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper API integrations and data flow between Coupa and other systems.
  • Utilize tools like Holocentric for process documentation and risk mapping.
  • Conduct data analysis using Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL to support decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience with Coupa (Procurement / Risk modules)
  • Business Analysis experience in Financial Services domain (8–10 years)
  • Expertise in Risk Assessment processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with API Integration
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile methodology (Jira)
