Blue Pumpkin is a wholesale distributor of organic, healthy, and allergy-friendly food.

We specialise in chilled and frozen food, so you will be spending a lot of time working with the rest of the team in our chiller carrying out the following duties:

  • Picking orders using manual pick slips
  • Packing/Dispatching orders
  • General warehouse duties
  • Cleaning and tidying
  • Occasional driving of our van

The role is part-time, from Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 5pm.

After a brief probation period we're offering long-term job security for top performers. Applicants must have a 'high attention to detail', take pride in their work - with the ability to work safely and independently at all times.

You MUST be efficient, hard working and accurate.

EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE/PICKING ROLE IS ESSENTIAL.

EXPERIENCE IN FOOD/REFRIGERATED HIGHLY PREFERRED.

You must have a very good attention to detail and be able to work fast.

Aside from having a strong work ethic, plenty of initiative and a good attitude, we are looking for the following attributes:

  • The ability to work autonomously and also take direction when required
  • Exceptional teamwork skills, and be able to communicate effectively within the small team
  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to be flexible to the needs of the Warehouse

You must be available to work between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm Monday-Thursday, and 9am and 1pm on Fridays. No weekend or night work.
