We are an automotive business, headquartered in Dandenong South.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Hand / Order Picker to join our dynamic team. In this role, your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to meet daily targets and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Operate forklifts (including high reach) and order pickers both safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Manage warehouse position locations for optimal workflow
  • Follow health and safety regulations to prevent workplace hazards
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • A valid Victorian Forklift (LF) is essential
  • Order picker (LO) licence is advantageous
  • Familiarity with warehouse position location management
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up 16 kgs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and order-picking processes
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in the tyre and wheel industry is extremely advantageous
